You should use both opened and closed questions because the benefits of open questions are that you can get into more depth in a conversation. And closed questions are also good because if you are in a conversation that you do not feel like talking in and you get just get to the point. Also closed questions mean that you can also answer it in a couple words.  

You should use Google search tips because if you want to find things direct like using - to not bring up that topic. Another search tip that you can use is the quotation marks which will bring you to the exact website and exact words you type in. Google search tips help alot because it can help ypu get to where you are looking for faster.
